When a client books, they pay a deposit directly in the booking flow (card via Stripe). The deposit amount is set by you. It's deducted from the final amount at the appointment. If they cancel, the deposit follows your cancellation policy.
Yes, to collect deposits. Setting up Stripe takes about 5 minutes and is free. If you don't want deposits, Nwear Booking works without Stripe for reminders and scheduling only.
Yes. You get a booking link you can put anywhere: Instagram bio, Google Business profile, WhatsApp, your website. No embed code needed, just a link.
You can migrate your client list in one import (CSV). Your existing appointments can be added manually or in bulk. Most practitioners switch in under an hour.
Client data is stored securely, hosted in Europe, and never shared or sold. You own your client list. If you leave, you export everything and we delete your data within 30 days.
